All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, including woodworking items and blankets, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We take great care in crafting each piece and inspecting it before shipping. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
